Sell Your China

Please read through for guidelines

***BUYING IS NOW CLOSED FOR 2021 SO THAT WE CAN PREPARE FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON***

Are you downsizing? Parting with treasured pieces can be a difficult process. Rest assured that our main goal is to give your pieces new homes where they will be cherished for many years to come.

Do you have beautiful teacups that are gathering dust? Contact us to see if your pieces are a good fit for our collection. We purchase teacups, partial dinnerware sets and complete dinnerware sets.

It is important that we inspect each piece that we purchase and for that reason, we only accept items from the Ottawa Valley area. We cannot accept items from outside Canada as shipping and import fees add a layer of risk and unnecessary cost.

We consider the following brands:

Royal Albert, Aynsley, Paragon, Coalport, Queen Anne, Wedgwood (select patterns-no Jasperware), Limoges, Colclough, Royal Chelsea, Royal Winton, Royal Worcester, Foley, Stanley, Royal ValeShelley, as well as many others.

Please note that we will only consider items that are in excellent vintage condition having no chips, cracks, crazing, wear, repair, fading or scratches.

We do not purchase Royal Doulton dinnerware sets, Ladro or Hummel figurines, items made in China or any kind of glassware/crystal or silver/silver plate items. We also do not accept orphans *any items without their matching cup/saucer* Items are purchased outright at fair market value, not retail. We do not do consignment.

Guidelines:

1. To submit your items for consideration, please email us clear photographs of your pieces to info@theteacupattic.com You MUST include your location. Group photographs are accepted. If we need more specific photographs, we will request them.

2. Ensure that all of your items are in excellent condition (No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no wear)

3. Submit only matching items (no single teacups/saucers ie-orphans)
