Pinkie is a character we see often on different pieces of vintage porcelain. Pinkie was an actual person, Sarah Barrett Moulton, and her grandmother commissioned Thomas Lawrence in 1794 to paint her portrait. In her family, her nickname was “Pinkie” or “Pinkey”. She was just 11 years old when the painting was made. This wonderful replacement saucer is a lovely match to the same teacup and will make your pair complete once again.
This saucer is in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, restoration, repair, hairlines or wear. Please examine the photographs as they are part of the description.
APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS: Saucer measures 5.5 inches (14 cm) in diameter.
